Miu Miu Reveals ‘The Woman Dress’ Video

Plenty of Miuccia Prada’s Miu Miu creations over the years have reached cult status. But are you ready to really join the Miu Miu cult?

The brand has unveiled “The Woman Dress,” a third in a series of short films (dubbed Miu Miu Women’s Tales) directed by women filmmakers. This time around, the short was directed by Giada Colagrande, with a soundtrack by Au Revoir Simone.

The video opens with a bubble bubble toil and trouble moment, with Miu Miu-clad girls brewing up a smoking potion while a mysterious trench-wearing heroine wanders the scene, finding herself part of an eerie séance involving a bathtub, a finger prick, chanting, and—naturally—plenty of Miu Miu from the Spring 2012 collection. After a bit of spell-casting, the woman becomes a Miu Miu dress.
