Sofia Coppola’s Marni at H&M Commercial

H&M has a hot new commercial out, and while there's no sign of David Beckham in his undies, we think you'll find it pretty darn captivating nonetheless.

Director Sofia Coppola puts her signature evocative and ethereal stamp on her just-released ad for the upcoming Marni at H&M collaboration (out March 8, people!) thanks to the lush sounds of Bryan Ferry crooning "Avalon" and scenes of dreamy summertime revelry.

“I enjoyed doing this film for the Marni at H&M collaboration," Coppola, who last year directed Natalie Portman's Miss Dior Cherie spot, says in a press statement. "I think it's great how they make fashion accessible and I wanted to show the fantasy fashion can bring."

Shot in sun-soaked and palm tree-studded Marrakech, the commercial stars British actress Imogen Poots, who exudes boho charm in a polka-dotted halter-neck and other printed goodies from Consuelo Castiglioni.

After a spot of daydreaming and joy-riding, Poots winds up at a nighttime party with Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Liu Wen, and a host of male models, one of whom catches her eye and gives her a steamy smooch during a dip in the pool.

Oh, Sofia. You sooooo know what we like, don't you?
