Anna Wintour, Karl Lagerfeld Get Simpsons Treatment
Alexsandro Palombo, the illustrator and blogger behind Humor Chic, has long seen fashion’s most revered figures in a different light—and drawn them accordingly.
Whether it’s recreating Donatella Versace as a mob boss or putting editors and designers in, um, compromising positions, everyone’s fair game to Palombo.
His latest hijinks? Giving Karl Lagerfeld, Anna Wintour, Grace Coddington and Diane Pernet the Simpsons treatment.
In a move reminiscent of Harper’s Bazaar’s now-famous 2007 Simpsons spread, Marge Simpson gets made over with Wintour’s signature sunglasses and bob, Coddington’s fiery mane, and Pernet’s vertiginous hair and veil.
Homer, on the other hand, gets a Kaiser-approved white ponytail, high-collared suit and dark shades.
