Rachel Zoe Loses Designer-Filled Luggage

Sure, she's hanging out with Marc Jacobs in St. Barts, but that doesn't mean Rachel Zoe is immune to the pesky pitfalls of traveling.
Luggage containing the über-stylist's designer wares—including Missoni caftans and a vintage Gucci by Tom Ford leather jacket—has been lost by American Airlines, sources told Page Six.
The designer and new mom was traveling from Los Angeles to Miami for a quick stop before her glam Caribbean getaway, only to have her luxury-laden bags go MIA. Not. Cool.
"Rachel jetted from Los Angeles to Miami just before the Christmas holiday, and her suitcase with all of her favorite pieces has been missing ever since,” a source revealed to the NY Post column.
"American has offered up no information as to its whereabouts. It’s been a week now. There hasn’t been any info on [the bag’s] whereabouts, or an estimated return date whatsoever.”
Zoe was fortunately able to pick up some outfits in Miami, and was hopefully able to find something more appealing than a Someone in Miami Loves Me tee from the airport gift shop.
For its part, American Airlines says it's on the case.
"We are working diligently to find Ms. Zoe’s bag, as we would for any passenger," the airline says.
Eesh. Next time, carry it on!
Meanwhile, Rachel Zoe's former assistant Brad Goreski has landed a plum new fashion gig.
