Burberry’s Spring 2012 Ad Campaign Stars Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne

Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne get horizontal in classic trenches for Burberry's Spring 2012 campaign.
Forget about My Week with Marilyn—British actor Eddie Redmayne has landed a whole season with Burberry.
Or, more accurately, a month, as the label will once again be featuring an "evolving" series of images and rotating cast for its Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign.
First up is Redmayne and Burberry regular Cara Delevingne (flashing serious thigh), who steam up the lens in classic trenches and a steamy pose.
“I am a huge fan of Christopher Bailey," Redmayne says in a press statement.
"He is a brilliant designer and a brilliant man. The fashion world can be a tad intimidating but Christopher remains a kind, grounded gem of a man.
"I have worked with Burberry before and its always a fantastic experience. Christopher wanted something playful from the shoot and so Cara and I had a genius couple of days fooling around. Hopefully the enjoyment we had is reflected in the campaign."
No kidding. The Mario Testino-shot campaign also sees Delevingne working an olive green trench featuring woven leather sleeves paired with a raffia cap and clutch, while Tony winner Redmayne sports a butterscotch-hued jacket with embellished collar.

"We wanted to capture a moment in the lives of two exciting and inspiring British actors who have been part of the Burberry family for several years," says chief creative officer Bailey.
"The images reflect the mood of the collection through Eddie's and Cara's energy, playfulness, and effortless elegance and I have such huge admiration for them both."
New images will be released each month.
