Oprah to Host Ralph Lauren Lincoln Center Gala
The normally press-shy Ralph Lauren came out of his shell on one of the last episode’s of The Oprah Winfrey Show, and it looks like his bond with the media mogul is designed to last.
On October 24, Winfrey will host “Lincoln Center Presents: An Evening with Ralph Lauren” in New York City. The invite-only gala will benefit The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention as well as Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
The evening at Alice Tulley Hall will include a cocktail reception, a conversation between Winfrey and Lauren, and a gala dinner at Avery Fisher Hall.
“I am so proud to have my dear friend Oprah join me onstage for this special evening to celebrate and support two important New York organizations,” Lauren said via Women’s Wear Daily.
The evening will be sponsored by American Express, Condé Nast, and Hearst.
