Olivia Palermo’s Stuart Weitzman Shoes Kick Off Young Hollywood Cares Collection
There’s no question that Olivia Palermo wears clothes well—but the style setter's now trying her hand at designing too.
Shoe guru Stuart Weitzman collaborated on a particularly colorful pair of heels with the reality star, his first guest designer in the Stuart Weitzman Young Hollywood Cares Collection, which will benefit ovarian cancer research.
Palermo debuted the style—a strappy navy sandal with hot pink ostrich feathers—at the New York City premiere of The Smurfs.
“Working on a project like this is always very special, especially when the proceeds benefit such a wonderful cause, but I was thoroughly impressed with Olivia’s creativity and dedication to the process,” Weitzman told FashionEtc.
“She’s a true fashion visionary. In addition to supporting a wonderful cause, the lucky women who buy a pair of these fabulously sexy feathered sandals will look for reasons simply to wear them.”
