Get ready to pop: Ben Watts has collaborated with Hipstamatic
The Hipstamatic just got, well, hipper.
The iPhone app, known for its vintage-style photography effects, has tapped in-demand photographer Ben Watts to create a series of colorful neon scrapbook borders for its new Bondi HipstaPak upgrade for the Hipstamatic 210.
Available for download now, the new lens is designed to give summer snapshots a jolt of energy and a pop art twist thanks to fluorescent tape frames and intense color saturation (a Watts signature), marking a sharp contrast to the app's traditionally faded, sun-soaked images.
The app is also a big departure from Watts's last project: photographing sister Naomi (perhaps you've heard of her?) for the April cover of Tatler.
