Agyness Deyn, Henry Holland to Run London Marathon
Agyness Deyn’s been laying low from the modeling world for a while (remember the days when you couldn’t pass a magazine stand without catching several glimpses of the bleached-blonde beauty?), but she’s hardly been taking it easy.
This weekend, Deyn—along with her equally fashionable BFFs, designer Henry Holland and model David Gandy—will run the London marathon.
"My tactic is go steady and stop thinking about how far I have to go," she told the Times, via Vogue U.K. "Like Forrest Gump, I just keep running."
The 26-mile trek shouldn’t be a problem for the sporty Brit. In her downtime, she’s also taken up boxing.
"I love boxing and think I've picked it up quickly," she said. "My coach has such a good name—Action Jackson. A friend suggested I would be good at boxing because of my long limbs, so I joined this gym in downtown New York. I didn't think about what might happen if I got injured—you have to live your life."
Hopefully that money-making mug will stay intact, especially now that her modeling hiatus seems to be off: Deyn appears in the May issue of British Vogue, shot by photographer Tim Walker.
