Seeing Ryan Lochte sitting front row at Fashion Week was like seeing a lion in a petting zoo — a kind of, "what's he doing here?" moment. Once we learned of his plans on designing his own clothing line in the hopes of showing at Fashion Week next season, it made more sense; but never did we think he'd sit at more front rows than any other celebs.
