Girl gone wild? Hardly. This Hills alum may have lost her top for the May issue of Glamour, but she’s still looking perfectly sweet.

Designer/author/blogger/former reality star Lauren Conrad poses for the magazine’s swimsuit issue (step aside, Kate Upton!) in floral appliquéd briefs by Blumarine, a Rochas bodysuit, a Miu Miu crop top and skirt combo, and, naturally, a peachy dress by her own line, Paper Crown.

She looks perfectly confident in her barely-there ensembles, but inside, she opens up about not always being to at peace with her body.

““On the vacation to Cabo, I wore a bathing suit on the beach for the first time in years,” she told the magazine. “Usually I’m just petrified. A couple of years ago someone zoomed in on my cellulite and it was so mean. I took it really personally. I haven’t worn a bathing suit in L.A. in years because of that.”

Insensitive paparazzi aside, she says her everyday problems are ones that anyone can relate to.

“For me, the best way to stay grounded is to surround myself with friends and family who knew me way back when,” she said. “There’s nothing like cleaning my mom’s dishes or taking out the trash to remind me that I’m no different than anyone else.”

Glamour’s May issue hits newsstands on April 10.
