Estella Warren Charged, Facing Six Months in Jail
Estella Warren is facing some serious fallout from her May 23 arrest in Los Angeles.
The model/actress has been charged with four misdemeanors (DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer, and resisting a police officer), and could serve up to six months in jail, People reports.
The former Chanel campaign star's erratic behavior allegedly included crashing her Toyota Prius into three parked cars, fleeing the scene, kicking a police officer, and then somehow getting out of her handcuffs and trying to escape during her booking process.
Police sources say that the Canadian beauty, who was reportedly convicted of a DUI in 2007, refused a chemical test on the night of her arrest.
"She was uncooperative and demanding," a rep for the L.A. Sheriff's Department tells the magazine.
The 32-year-old Planet of the Apes star is scheduled for arraignment on June 17.
