Eva Chen definitely has her finger on fashion! The Columbia School of Journalism Grad went on to
be a columnist for Vogue China, editor for Teen Vogue and Elle, and editor-in-chief of Lucky! Two
years ago she shocked everyone when she left the magazines behind for a position at Instagram.
Keeping with her fashion roots, she is now the head of fashion partnerships at Instagram.

If you’re not already one of Eva Chen’s 700,000 Instagram followers (@evachen212) – change that
immediately! Seeing her stylish snaps, and two adorable children, wasn’t quite enough of a peek into
her fabulous life however, so New York Post’s luxury lifestyle supplement, Alexa, got her to share a
few more details!

Those apple shots we see pop up on her Instagram – she buys 20 apples a week, but only posts the
best ones! She has FIVE closets in her apartment – one of which must hold the 33 handbags she
bought last year alone – including that amazing Gucci ‘Bee’ purse! And who would have thought that
baby wipes were one of the seven beauty products she carries everywhere!

You may have noticed Eva gave a shout out to Rubirosa in Little Italy (235 Mulberry St) for being a
favorite spot for pizza and vodka, and over the years Eva has shared some of her other NYC
favorites - here are just a few places you may be able to catch a glimpse of the fashion icon:

-       Strand Book Store, 828 Broadway.  Nearby to her home, Eva is often seen perusing for her
weekend reads here.

-       Dough, 14 W 19th St. For Eva’s favorite Instagram-worthy yummy baked treats! Did you see
those donuts she posted during Fashion Week?!

-       Nha Trang One, 87 Baxter St. Eva’s favorite comfort food during Fashion week  – order the
Pho with extra greens, that’s her go to dish!

-       Vanity Projects, 99 Chrystie St. Eva proclaims it ‘half art-gallery, half nail salon’. She heads
there to gel nails done for busy Fashion weeks when she just doesn’t have time for chipped nails!

-       Cowshed Spa, at Soho House, 29-35 Ninth Ave. Ideal for short spa treatments for busy people.
Be sure to check their onsite photo booth where you may just catch Eva taking a picture!

-       Corkbuzz, 13 E. 13th St. Eva loves this laid back bar because it’s a great place to meet up with
designers after the busy days of fashion week for a great glass of red wine.

-       Sania’s BrowBar, 48 W. 20th St. Eva Chen likely won’t be the only beauty editor you spot
here – it’s truly THE place to get your brows done!

-       Ladurée, 396 West Broadway. Eva likes this place to pick up little treats for her and her
staff – pistachio and chocolate flavored macaroons are her favorites!

- Marc Jacobs, 113 Prince Street. Eva loves Marc's quirky sense of humour and his luxurious
New York collections.
