Style Spotlight: Olivia Palermo + Holt Renfrew!
“My mom always emphasized the importance of being well-dressed,” Palermo told Holt Renfrew during a recent photo shoot and interview. “Even if you wake up for a flight at 4 am, you should still be polished because by the time you land, your day has started and you should always look appropriate.” This advice paid off in spades as Palermo is now known as an international style icon.
Palermo started her website after friends, and fellow fashion lovers, stopped her to ask which stores she frequents – mostly during her many travels abroad. She is more than a style socialite however, Palermo has partnered with several global brands that she feels passionate about.
She shares some of her favourite beauty products, including Jo Malone London Orange Blossom Cologne, Bobbi Brown’s brow kit, and the iconic Saint Laurent Paris Touche Éclat Concealer – all available online (see below).
When asked about her popular Instagram account, Palermo replied, “With online fashion and social media, people are shopping differently, retaining information differently and thinking differently.” Her husband, photographer-model, Johannes Huebl is the current Instagram fan in the family – creating the popular #SundaySelfie.
