Breaking: Penélope Cruz Covers W, Is Still Gorgeous
Another day, another September issue.
Not that we're getting blasé or anything. This is Penélope Cruz we're talking about here, and she is, obviously, incredibly gorgeous in the Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott-shot photos commissioned for W.
Following the teaser of her Campari campaign, Cruz embodies a windswept middle school teacher (Pairing a chunky necklace over a turtleneck is practically a career sartorial requisite, no?) for the magazine's front.
Inside, the actress stuns in a black-and-white spread, rocking a cocked beret with pearls and a bustier.
But it's no small feat for W to catch our computer-bloodshot eyes this month.
The editors had to top their August spread, featuring a smoldering Charlize Theron and Michael Fassbender. Hubba hubba, if we do say so ourselves.
But snaps to the team! Consider our attention grabbed.
