Straight from the Italian fashion house's Fall 2012 collection, the classic LBD was enlivened with subtle details: chic folds, a flirty peplum and a sexy thigh-high slit.
Cruz accessorized with silver hoop earrings and black Casadei stilettos, keeping her beauty look simple with a loose updo and glossy nude lips.
