Nicole Richie stunned in a black long-sleeve, floor-length Mathieu Mirano gown at the 2012 ALMA Awards in Los Angeles.
Straight from the up-and-coming designer's Fall 2012 collection, the dress featured a silk organza skirt and sheer bodice with hand cut black-and-gold leather embroidery.
Richie complemented the dramatic design with her signature smokey eyes and a sleek pulled-back hairstyle.
