Zöe Saldana makes a statement in Balmain.
Zoe Saldana pushed the fashion envelope in a Balmain Resort 2012 dress at the Miami screening of her new movie, Colombiana.
Designed for the actress by the brand's new creative director, Olivier Rousteing, the revealing number featured glass beads as well as colored metal and white-gold embroidery.
A plunging V-neck and thigh-baring hemline showed off Saldana's ballerina body, while a bridal-esque white silk pleated train provided a little coverage.
Balmain's signature sculpted shoulders added extra edge to the avant-garde ensemble.
The 33-year-old stunner accessorized with black heels, Neil Lane diamond star earrings and an Anita Ko 18k white gold spike ring.
