The pop star's backseat striptease for Emporio Armani Underwear has been named the sexiest ad campaign of 2011, the Daily Mail reports.
A poll of advertising executives (which was initially credited to Advertising Age, who denies any knowledge of the poll allegedly conducted by TNI Press) ruled that the steamy, Steven Meisel-lensed Fall 2011 campaign generated the most heat this year.
Of course, that's not to say that RiRi didn't have some stiff competition to contend with—particularly when it came to modeling lingerie.
Hot mama Miranda Kerr, for instance, came in second place with her Victoria's Secret shoots, while Kate Moss landed third place with her topless ads for Liu Jo.
Gisele Bündchen's sultry (and sometimes controversial) lingerie ads for Hope placed fourth, and Irina Shayk's work for the Luli Fama swimwear line came in fifth.
Next up was Heidi Klum and her nude promos for Project Runway, followed by Pamela Anderson's leggy shoot for the Secrets in Lace hosiery line, Lily Aldridge's Victoria's Secret campaign, Bar Refaeli for Passionata lingerie, and, lastly, Kate Upton modeling Jenna Leigh lingerie.
