Lady Gaga Spent Over $1 Million on 55 Michael Jackson Costumes
How cute! The Queen of Pop wants the King of Pop's hand-me-downs!
At an auction held by Julien's Auctions on December 2nd, Lady Gaga spent well over a million dollars on 55 pieces from Michael Jackson's wardrobe.
Though specifics on what Gaga purchased have yet to be revealed, auctioneer Darren Julien said that the jacket Jackson wore on his 'Bad' tour garnered $240,000, while two of his signature crystal gloves fetched over $100,000 each.
We were kind of hoping Gaga might wear a few of these pieces out and about or on one of her own tours, but the singer took to her twitter saying, "The 55 pieces I collected today will be archived & expertly cared for in the spirit & love of Michael Jackson, his bravery, & fans worldwide."
Now that's what we call true fan support.
