Are Adele and Burberry Working on a Plus-Size Clothing Line?
The heavily pregnant Adele may have been a no-show at yesterday's Burberry Prorsum Spring 2013 show, but that hasn't stopped rumors about her ties to the British brand from swirling.
Speculation is rife that the curvaceous singer will collaborate with chief creative officer Christopher Bailey on a Burberry plus-size fashion range, Vogue U.K. reports.
Both Burberry and Adele's representatives have declined to comment on the rumors, but a 'bespoke' fashion project wouldn't be completely unheard of given the Grammy winner's long-standing relationship with the label.
Bailey was among the first to play Adele songs during his runway shows, and dressed the Essex-bred crooner for both her Vogue U.K. cover last fall and her appearance at the 2012 Grammy Awards and BRITS.

"I've met Christopher Bailey a few times," Adele has previously stated. "I've always loved Burberry. I remember saving for three years to get my first bag before I got signed."
Aw. And wouldn't designing a pro-curves Burberry line just be the ultimate revenge against Karl Lagerfeld, who once called Adele 'a bit too fat'? Talk about having the last laugh.
