What could be more all-American than Ralph Lauren?

While Stella McCartney takes on Olympics designing duty for Team Great Britain, Lauren has just unveiled his designs for the U.S. team’s closing ceremonies. Both the men’s and women’s ensembles are perfectly crisp and white, with the guys sporting tailored trousers, a button-down (with the Olympics logo and a Ralph Lauren polo pony, naturally), and a white cap, and the ladies in a white shirtdress. Both looks are finished with a red, white and blue silk striped belt.

“Ralph Lauren takes great pride in understanding our U.S. athletes and creating a sense of patriotism through clothing,” said Peter Zeytoonjian, managing director of consumer products and licensing for the United States Olympic Committee. “The Closing Ceremony garments embody our national sentiment of what it means to be an American.”

The 2012 Olympics kick off July 27 in London.
