How's this for a chic pack of culture vultures? Rodarte's doing the ballet, Christian Louboutin's down at the Crazy Horse Cabaret Show, and the last time we saw Gareth Pugh, he was hoofing it up in a Liza Minnelli/Sally Bowles tribute.

"[It's a] dream come true," Formichetti tweeted of his collaboration with the Monteverdi adaptation, which will run from May 29 to June 7 at Paris' Théâtre du Châtelet.

Naturally we've got our fingers crossed for a cameo by Lady Gaga in a Brünnhilde-style horned helmet, but there's at least one pop star appearance that's already in the bag: Soft Cell frontman Marc Almond (ahem, "Tainted Love") has been cast in a lead role.
