Women's Wear Daily Launches iPad App
Coffee is all well and good, but the morning just isn't the same without a Women's Wear Daily fix.
Now, the fashion industry's newspaper of choice is giving the style set even more to sink their teeth into with the launch of its first iPad app.
Available for download now, the app will deliver a fresh digital edition at 12:01am EST 250 days of the year, with enhanced editorial content that includes exclusive image slide shows and a live news feed.
"We have a global readership who relies on WWD to arm them with the news they need for the upcoming day,” editor-in-chief Ed Nardoza says in a press statement.
“This App delivers our content in a mobile format that allows for access anytime, anywhere.”
The app will be free to existing WWD print and online subscribers, while others can purchase an iPad-only subscription for $129.99 annually (or $12.99 a month), or a combo print, iPad and digital subscription for $169.
