Jason Wu to Receive Future of Fashion Award

It's official: Jason Wu is the future of fashion.
He’s a first lady favorite, has an upcoming Target collaboration, and already landed a shiny CFDA trophy, but Jason Wu’s not slowing down anytime soon.
The 29-year-old designer will receive the Future of Fashion Award at the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund dinner in January, Women’s Wear Daily reports.
Sponsored by the Geoffrey Beene Estate, the event will be a particularly celebratory one, with the FSF celebrating its 75th anniversary.
And according to WWD, the affair will also recognize the 82 designers and fashion figures who have been past honorees.
The dinner will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York on January 10.
