Zara + Connect! iPad App Makes Online Shopping Social
Shop talk: Zara's new iPad app let's you chat with friends
Making fashion purchases is certainly more fun when accompanied by your posse, but online shopping tends to be more of a solo activity—until now.
The high street favorite, which just launched e-commerce on September 7, has introduced a brand new iPad app called Zara + Connect! that allows shoppers to browse and buy with friends through video chat.
The free iTunes download shows Zara’s e-commerce site, with the addition of a "Connect!" button at the top of the screen. By clicking the button, users can discuss whether or not they need that dress or new boots. (They probably do.)
For now, the app is available exclusively in the United States.
