Christian Louboutin's Preliminary Injunction Against YSL Denied

Looks like Christian Louboutin and Yves Saint Laurent are even-steven in the courtroom.
Though a federal judge in Louboutin's lawsuit over the use of red soles refused to allow certain YSL exhibits into evidence, the French fashion house has at last scored a break, the New York Post reports.
Judge Victor Marrero has denied Louboutin's request for a preliminary injunction against his rival, which would have prevented YSL from selling their own red-soled heels during the trial.
Court proceedings, which are being held in Manhattan, will resume next week.
