Anja Rubik’s Wedding Dress: Custom Pucci Gown
Talk about a model partnership.
Anja Rubik and model boyfriend Sasha Knezevic—the stars of DKNY’s fragrance campaign—tied the knot at a church on the Spanish island of Majorca this past weekend, Fashionologie reports.
On hand to toast the telegenic twosome’s nuptials were fellow model Maryna Linchuk and Emilio Pucci designer Peter Dundas, who worked with Rubik—recently named the most in-demand model—to create her sexy wedding gown.
The ivory, silk pongé minidress tied at the neck and boasted lacy cap sleeves and a long, princess-worthy train. A sun-kissed Rubik also sported strappy satin heels and a veil over her pinned-back blonde hair, and even wore a crown alongside her groom as part of the ceremony.
“It’s funny, because we both had the same silhouette in mind,” Dundas told Elle U.K. of the bridal collaboration. “I have to say that it’s been surprising what a sharp eye she has.”
Congrats to the happy couple.
