Filipa Fino Out at Vogue
After 11 years at Vogue, senior accessories editor Filipa Fino has left the magazine.
Details are few about the high-profile departure, though June 17 was reportedly Fino’s last day. According to Women’s Wear Daily, "sources hinted that Fino’s departure could allegedly be tied to some inappropriate behavior on her part," though the magazine would not comment on the reason for her dismissal.
Fino, who tweets under the handle @FFVogue, last tweeted Thursday, June 16. A successor has not yet been named.
Fino’s exit from the magazine isn’t Condé Nast’s only departure among the fashion higher-ups: Edward Enninful, the new fashion and style director at W, has reportedly dismissed W’s senior fashion and market editor Carolyn Tate Angel, saying that the magazine is going in a new direction.
