Versace’s $6,000 Chair
For die-hard Donatella devotees, wearing the latest Versace collections just isn’t enough: They need to live the label.
Thankfully, the Italian brand has just launched the e-commerce site for its home collection, which includes tableware, bed linens, towels, picture frames, and another over-the-top offering that will really have fans sitting pretty: the Versace Vanitas collection of two armchairs, which clock in at just under $6,000 each.
The stylish seats have a matte white finish and 24kt gold-leaf decorations, and come in gold and black or white velvet upholstery. According to Elle.com, Gianni Versace originally designed the chair in 1994.
