Karl Lagerfeld's Studio: Behind the Scenes

Close your eyes and imagine, if you will, what it's like to be inside Karl Lagerfeld's studio. Luckily for us mere mortals who have yet to ascend to such great heights, The Look Now's Harriet Mays Powell has not only been to said studio, she also had an audience with Lagerfeld himself. And she filmed it.
"There was such a wave of cheap bright color for ready-to-wear, a couture client might want a softer look," the designer says of the Chanel Spring 2011 couture collection's light color palette. He goes on to say the show was "all about refinement."
And just what does he say about Dior? (The John Galliano drama happened weeks after the Chanel Couture show walked, incidentally.) You'll have to watch the video to find out.
