Ashton Kutcher Impersonates Karl Lagerfeld in Popchips Video
With his powdered white hair and penchant for fingerless gloves, it’s true that Karl Lagerfeld is something of an easy target for impersonators. But Ashton Kutcher? We’re not sure we can get on board with this.
The former Mr. Demi Moore plays a slew of bizarre caricatures for a dating service spoof video for Popchips, the snack Kutcher endorses (technically, his title is president of pop culture—really). In addition to the über-zen stoner Nigel, bearded and bandanna'ed biker Swordfish, and an embarrassingly stereotypical Bollywood producer called Raj, Kutcher plays “Darl,” whose dark glasses, high collar, gloves and major jewelry could only be an homage to the Kaiser.
Darl even has a tiny dog dressed like him (c’mon, Kutcher—everyone knows Karl has a cat), with whom he shares his beloved Popchips.
