Jennifer Morrison, Miley Cyrus, and Lea Michele go the great white way.
The people have spoken: White dresses rule!
Though rainbow hues (such as emerald green) and vampy blacks stormed the red carpet at the 2012 People's Choice Awards, it was a handful of romantic white frocks that had our full attention.
A winner for Favorite TV Comedy Actress, Lea Michele wowed in a Marchesa Spring 2012 ivory hand-draped bugle-beaded number that spilled beautifully over her exposed shoulders. (Think she was inspired by the white-hot look she just rocked in Harper's Bazaar's September issue?)
Though the dress' fringed detail lent a vintage Gatsby vibe, Michele's hot pink lips, Lorraine Schwartz chandelier earrings, gold clutch, and silver sequined Jimmy Choo Senor heels added a modern and youthful spin.
Accessorizing with Hunger Games hunk Liam Hemsworth (oh, and 5-carat diamond studs by Neil Lane, a metallic Marchesa clutch, and slick pink Jimmy Choo heels), Miley Cyrus opted for sun-kissed makeup and a pale David Koma knee-length dress boasting pleated details and a too-hot-for-Disney sheer neckline.
But don't think the girl hasn't forgotten her Hannah Montana roots. Upon closer inspection, her dress revealed a colorful beaded pattern framing a sheer hem.
Last but not least, Once Upon a Time star Jennifer Morrison enchanted us with her '60s-chic high bun, luminous skin, and clay silk georgette embroidered dress with a fringed hem from Oscar de la Renta's Spring 2012 collection.
Nude suede Casadei platform heels, Stephen Webster jewelry, and de la Renta's gold Cara vanity case capped off the fairytale-worthy look.
Nice work, ladies! If it were up to us, you'd all get an award. Oh, wait ...
