Emma Watson revs things up in a look from her latest People Tree collaboration.
Those who felt the absence of Emma Watson in the latest Burberry campaign are in luck—and so are any lovelorn Ron Weasley types.
The Harry Potter actress is back flaunting her pixie cut in a just-released image promoting her Spring/Summer 2011 collaboration with People Tree.
Set to launch February 28, the “more mature” collection will be her third and final outing with the British eco-label.
However, the Fair Trade retailer—which has recently partnered with Laura Ashley—is also rumored to be involved in Watson's upcoming collaboration with Alberta Ferretti.
A preview of the new collection reveals retro tea dresses, harem pants, blazers, and draped dresses like the black one the British beauty models in the campaign.
“I designed the collection last year after I’d started university in the U.S.,” the Brown co-ed says.
“Safia, People Tree’s founder, and Misato, People Tree’s designer, came out to work with me in Rhode Island. Together we decided on all the colors, fabrics, shapes, and craft skills.
“Most of all, we took care to design a really wearable collection that truly celebrates the traditional skills of People Tree’s Fair Trade groups around the world.”
Aww—an earth girl after our own heart.
