Nicole Scherzinger in London Fog Winter Ad Campaign
When it comes to donning a trench, Burberry's Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and past London Fog campaign star Christina Hendricks have left some pretty big shoes to fill. But surely Nicole Scherzinger is up to the task?
The X Factor judge does herself proud as the new face of London Fog's Winter 2011 ad campaign, which takes a more modern and sultry approach.
Photographed in Los Angeles, Scherzinger sizzles in a black puffa trench worn over her seemingly naked body (shades of Rosie) and a more classic version paired with black shorts and a white blouse.
"I’ve been a fan of London Fog forever," the singer says in a press statement. "I love trench coats and London Fog coats are timeless. They have been around for decades but the styles always have a fresh look.”
"Nicole was the perfect muse to showcase the effortless glamour and style of London Fog,” adds Dari Marder, chief marketing officer for Iconix Brand Group, Inc. “She radiates confidence, sexiness and sophistication.”
We'll say. Clearly the brand likes the results—they've already signed Scherzinger on for the Spring 2012 campaign, too.
In the meantime, look for the winter ads to launch in December, while Scherzinger will be lining up personal appearances for the brand. When it rains, it pours!
