Part of Fabrice Hyber’s show called “Matières Premières” (Raw Materials in French), the piece is titled “1M3 de beauté” (one cubic meter of beauty in French).
“It’s a material that is very supple, lipstick, especially in a large quantity,” explained the artist to WWD. “The material permanently moves. It is a work that is never finished, which is always evolving. It’s a living oeuvre.”
The life-size lippy will be on display through January 7.
