Drew Barrymore Covers InStyle, Talks Plastic Surgery and ‘Lovely’ Fiancé
She just scored a 4-carat Graff engagement ring, but Drew Barrymore is sporting different bling on InStyle's February issue.
The newly engaged actress wears a chic white Max Mara dress paired with chunky rings from Alexis Bittar and Manon Von Gerkan for her Andreas Sjödin-lensed cover.
Inside, the star smolders thanks to shoulder-length ombré waves, red lips, a black leather Chanel top, lace Dolce & Gabbana skirt, cream Dior coat, and a trifecta of Bulgari, Harry Winston, and Tiffany & Co. rings.
Not surprisingly, love seems to be the Neiman Marcus campaign star's favorite topic.
“He’s lovely,” Barrymore says of future husband Wil Kopelman.

Lady and the ramp: Barrymore brings polish to the skate park.
“He’s very, very nice. It’s really positive. I’m super-happy. We go on group trips and spend holidays together—there’s a lot of love! And that is really nice and very different from the way I grew up, which was more unstable and inconsistent, with a lot of highs and lows. It’s funny, when I was younger, I used to say I’d hate a flat line—that I want the ups and downs, the rollercoaster. But I’m actually really enjoying the flat line.”
And though she's "pushing 40," the former child star has no interest in trying to turn back time with plastic surgery.
"I say, don’t fight the rings on the trunk of a tree," she tells the magazine.
"Just keep counting ‘em. The idea of not looking like myself scares me. I just think a person’s character is what’s interesting … I look 10 times better after an exercise class than I do at any other time of the day.”
Maybe we should follow through on that New Year's resolution to go to the gym, after all.
