Mane attraction: Ashley Green on the cover of InStyle's Hair Issue.

After flaunting her flower power for Glamour, Ashley Greene is making it a magazine rack double-header with her Spring cover for InStyle Hair.

The Twilight star appropriately wears a blood-red Marc by Marc Jacobs cut-out dress for the special issue, but it's her voluminous red hair, styled by Ted Gibson, that will have most people buzzing.

Gibson—who runs a namesake salon, has his own product line, and transforms tresses on TLC's What Not to Wear—can also take credit for Angelina Jolie's envy-inducing mane.

“I love having my hair and makeup done, but I’m really just a 15-minute girl, throwing everything on with no fuss," Greene tells the magazine. "That said, I do color and change my hair all the time!”

Case in point: The actress's traditionally brunette mane sports a ravishing auburn cast for the John Akehurst-photographed shoot. It's just the latest hair transformation for the 24-year-old, who admits she wears a short, spikey wig to play Alice Cullen.

“The whole process takes about two hours," she reveals. "My hair is pretty thick, and we wrap it and put it under a wig. To get it to fit so I don’t like look I have an alien head is a talent in itself.”

Alien head? Never! Psychic vampire? Most definitely.
