Penélope Cruz was a total knockout in vintage Versace at the premiere of Twice Born during the Toronto Film Festival.
The soft pink gown featured draped details on the bodice reveling subtle cleavage and a super sexy thigh-high slit.
Nude Versace sandals, gold earrings and a gold clutch complemented the petal pink hue of the floor-length gown, while sleek side-swept locks and smokey eyes played up Penélope's sultry Spanish appeal.
