Dakota Fanning looked ethereal in an Elie Saab gown at the 6th Annual DKMS Linked Against Blood Cancer Gala in New York City.
From the designer's Fall 2011 Couture collection, the ivory Swarovski-embroidered floor-length design had a youthful, fairytale vibe that suited the young actress.
Fanning accessorized with a gold box clutch, minimal makeup and straight blonde strands.
