Alicia Keys cut a stunning silhouette in a Stella McCartney contoured sheath at the designer's Fall 2012 runway show during Paris Fashion Week.
Before it even hit the runway, Keys flaunted her hourglass figure in the Fall 2012 number, accessorizing with a pair of black-and-white pumps, also from the designer's Fall/Winter 2012 collection.
A pop of bright pink lipstick added a hit of color to the singer's chic look.
