Rose Byrne cut a stunning silhouette in a nude and black lace jacquard Alexander McQueen dress at the amfAR New York Gala to kick start Mercedes Benz Fall 2012 Fashion Week.
Slightly modified from the designer's Spring 2012 runway look, Byrne's version featured a nude underlay as opposed to the sheer runway design.
The actress accessorized her edgy-chic look with an ivory Alexander McQueen skull-clasp clutch and Sergio Rossi black satin pumps.
