The private flash-sale Web site has been acquired by Nordstorm Inc. in a deal valued at $270 million, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

The freshly former Yves Saint Laurent chief executive will join the Coach creative director's eponymous line, effective April 1.

“Whether you are at home online, watching in Piccadilly Circus, using a mobile device, or in our store in Beijing, everyone will be able to feel the energy and attitude of the brand and the excitement of the show,” the brand's chief creative officer Christopher Bailey says.
