MAC Taps Style Guru Liz Goldwyn for Holiday Collaboration

After creating collections inspired by Carine Roitfeld and Marilyn Monroe, MAC has tapped yet another fabulous, fashionable female for its latest collaboration.
Liz Goldwyn, the Hollywood scion turned fashion editor, artist, filmmaker, and style star, is teaming up with the beauty brand for its first-ever range of bags, Women's Wear Daily reports.
Available in stores from October 25 to December 20, the three-piece Fabulousness line features a brush bag, party clutch, and hanging bag stuffed with MAC cosmetics.
Lingerie expert Goldwyn turned to her own lingerie collection—including laces, nets, and a pair of vintage leopard-print panties—for design inspiration, culminating in pastel satin and leopard—and lace-print plastic details.
"I like that good-bad duality, and they're both pretty and durable," she tells WWD. "I travel constantly and have been road-testing them for nine months. What I love about this project is that it allows me to design something that's beautiful and accessible," she says of the bags, which are priced from $39.50 to $49.50.
