Just like you do squats and lunges to break in your new pair of tight jeans, shoes need to be stretched out as well. Try wearing a pair of extra chunky socks with your heels for 30 minutes around the house. Though tight, this will force your stiff heels to stretch out a bit. Repeat 2-3 times.
