British designer import Simon Spurr landed in L.A. for a night to attend a dinner hosted in his honor by newly launched men’s e-tail site Mr Porter (a brother to 10-year-old Net-a-Porter).

The online destination’s editor in chief, Jeremy Langmead, and Simon Spurr president Tommy Fazio welcomed the dashing and dapper crowd in the garden of the always chic and forever cool Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

"It was great to honor a designer who celebrates stylish, modern masculinity and appreciates tradition while at the same time bringing in a modern, forward-thinking aesthetic,” said Langmead.

The mostly male (and overwhelmingly handsome) guest list, aside from being a who’s who of men we want to marry, was packed with some of entertainment’s finest lads. Joe Jonas, Kellan Lutz, Stephen Moyer, Dermot Mulroney, Colin Egglesfield, and Xavier Samuel all came out to show their support for Spurr, who, before launching his own line in 2006, worked at Yves Saint Laurent, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren.

"Sophisticated taste in menswear is alive and well," Mulroney later noted. "Thanks to Simon Spurr, the three-piece suit is back with a vengeance and being worn well by several of the guests on hand."

Most of the men wore pieces from the new and always impeccably tailored collection, and the evening went on even after the last plate was cleared.

Simon Spurr is available at and notable department stores such as Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue.
