Last week in Yoga class, our instructor made us do an extra five minutes of sit-ups pronouncing that it's officially "holiday season."
We grunted, moaned, and rolled our eyes at the thought of having to spend an extra five minutes toning our abs instead of laying peacefully in the child's pose or shavasna, but our instructor had a point.
