Jessica Alba’s Top Blissful Pregnancy Tips!

Jessica Alba is an expert on healthy beauty – and she rocks being pregnant too! She’s currently expecting her third (It’s a boy!) after having two daughters – who are now 6 and 9.

Especially since becoming a mother, Jessica has a passion for toxin-free products, which led to her co-launching the Honest Company in 2012. Parents everywhere are HUGE fans of these products – especially the diapers and bath products, which have all won multiple awards.

A cover model MANY times over, one of Jessica’s most notable covers was in 2015 when she appeared on Forbes magazine, making the list of America’s richest self-made women.

She recently shared her tips on how she achieves her pregnancy bliss. But you don’t need to be pregnant to treat yourself and find your bliss with these simple tips!

1. Schedule “Me” Time

Something every woman needs to do regularly! Jessica suggests baths using Honest Company Dreamy Lavender Bubble Bath to relax and find your calm.

2. Drink LOTS of water

Jessica drinks at least 10 bottles of Smartwater every single day. Find a water bottle you love (her current favorite is the “No Bad Days” tumbler) and get your drink on to keep your skin hydrated. Important advice for anyone – but especially while pregnant!

 3. Sweat it out and eat right!

You may not have a trainer like Gregg Meile and go all out like Jessica, but exercising at least a few times a week helps with all aspects of your fitness and health. Jessica and Gregg believe full body strength training is very important – particularly for pregnant women. She works out 3 times a week, currently concentrating on her upper back, to balance out the weight of the baby in the front.

Exercising, in addition to incorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables and fresh food into your diet will make your body happy.

 4. Nourish your skin
